Second Wind, a 45-strong ensemble of wind, brass and percussion players, is to hold a concert to raise money for Salisbury Trust For the Homeless (STFH), the city’s local charity for the homeless.
The event will be held at Salisbury Methodist Church in St Edmund’s Church Street on Saturday 12 January 2019 at 3pm.
Second Wind, which is part of the Salisbury Concert Band organization, is open to any woodwind, brass or percussion player aged 18 or over who is comfortable playing at a Grade 5 standard and it holds at least three concerts in the Salisbury area each year.
Salisbury Trust for The Homeless aims to provide a long term solution for the homeless by providing accommodation and support for single people over the age of 18 .
Tickets are £6 and are available from the coffee bar at Salisbury Methodist Church or Musicroom, 5 Catherine Street, Salisbury.
