Police are investigating an attempted robbery at Millstream Approach, Salisbury on the evening of Sunday evening, June 9
At about 9:40, the victim, a 48 year old local man, was crossing the Coach Station car park when he was approached from behind by a male.

The man threatened him with a knife and demanded his wallet and phone.

The suspect is described as white, of chubby build, aged approximately 23 to 25 years old, with short dark hair and a stubble beard. He was wearing blue jeans and a white England football shirt.

Acting Detective Sergeant Rachel Winter said: “Officers attended the scene following the initial 999 call and understandably the victim was left feeling very shaken up. Our enquiries are continuing today.”
