A missing international tour guide prompted a hunt which ended in tragedy when he was found dead in a famous forest.
Robert Dunn, 30 from Marlborough, was found hanging from a tree in Savernake Forest after being reported missing on May 29. He was found on June 8, an inquest in Salisbury was yesterday told. Cause of death was compression of the neck structures by a ligature, but crime was ruled out.
The inquest was adjourned to a date to be fixed.
