For the seventh year in succession despite the impact of the March spy poisoning incident, property consultancy Myddelton & Major have been named Most Active Agency in Wiltshire.
National property publication Estates Gazette awarded the title for deals covering more than 715,000 sq ft in more than 150 transactions.
The 2018 EGi success was based on the number of retail, office and industrial deals completed nationally in the past year.
“After a difficult start to the year, business picked up significantly and deals included the previously dormant Warner House and retail lettings at The Maltings, Fisherton Street and the High Street,” said partner Dean Speer.
“This accolade from the industry’s leading national magazine is a tribute to the hard work during the year of our loyal and skilled staff in Salisbury,” he said.
“To have won such an accolade for seven consecutive years really is amazing. I am delighted for everyone connected with Myddelton & Major.”
The Salisbury firm, established in 1903 provides advice on sales, lettings and acquisitions of property in central southern England.
