Businesses and organisations are supporting the Armed Forces Day National Event in Salisbury in June.
The first silver sponsors of the three-day event are Doccombe, Kier, Trethowans, Qinetiq, CGI, Longleat, RINA Consulting Ltd, Microsoft and Openreach.
Sponsors announced today are Chafyn Grove School, Light My Space, Zircon Software, Women’s Royal Army Corp Association, Hamptons International, Parker Bullen Solicitors, Optimal Planning, Callen-Lenz, Solstice Hot Tubs and 24-7 Staffing.
Chemring Group is the official sponsor of the Chemring Group STEM Village and Help for Heroes is the partner charity.
The event honours and celebrates the armed forces, and veterans, and thanks them for all they do to protect and keep our country safe. Armed Forces Day is traditionally marked across the UK on the last Saturday in June and this year is on June 29.
This year the event is over three days from June 28 to 30 at Hudson’s Field, with a military parade in the city centre on the Saturday morning.
