An inquest has to be opened after toxicology tests revealed a Salisbury man’s death was drugs related.

The inquest in Salisbury was told Guy Acton, 54, died at his home on November 12 or 13. He was identified by Richard Hammond.

An investigation was launched by the coroner, but the tests showed he died from cocaine zuclopentthixol dihyrocodeine toxicity.

The inquest was adjourned to a date to be fixed.
