Salisbury city centre will be adorned with 2,500m of bunting, ready for a summer of events.
The colourful flags include loyal red, white and blue bunting to celebrate of National Armed Forces Day at the end of June.
The city council, Salisbury BID, Wiltshire Creative and Wiltshire Council are joining forces to dress the city for events during summer to add to the councils effort’s to keep the streets clean and tidy all year around. They have funded the project ahead of Salisbury International Arts Festival and the armed forces day.
The bunting will add to the colour of floral displays coming into bloom in early June.
Lights on the trees in the Market Place have been removed.
