The second Car Fest on Sunday, September 8 in Salisbury Market Place and Guildhall Square was hugely popular, according to the city council.
A crowd of more than 4,000 viewed the cars, ate street food and was entertained by live music from three-piece band, Tom and the Clementynes, and Samba percussion band, Spire Samba in the Market Place.
About 90 motor vehicles were displayed including rally cars, electric cars, super cars and sports cars from exhibitors such as Thruxton Motor Sport Centre, North Wilts Morris Minor Owners Club and The RX-8 Owners club.
Mayor of Salisbury, Cllr John Walsh said: “It was fantastic to see such a large crowd of all ages in the Market Place. The weather couldn’t have been better and we are delighted with the positive response received from the event.” It was organised by Salisbury City Council in partnership with Detailed Moments.
