Customer satisfaction with Salisbury Reds is 92%, an independent survey has found, according to national watchdog, Transport Focus.
Customers were questioned in Autumn 2018 for the annual survey. They gave scores and views on various aspects of the firm’s performance – including convenience, punctuality, service, comfort and condition of vehicles and shelters.
Salisbury Reds managing director, Andrew Wickham said: ” I am pleased with the overall score for Salisbury Reds, which has improved by 4% over the past 12 months. It’s great that local people think so highly of us.”
“We have made a significant effort, working closely with the local authority to ensure our customers enjoy more reliable and higher quality services here. There is always more we can do to and the latest Transport Focus survey will help us to identify areas of improvement.”
