The refurbished office building on Castle Street, Salisbury, which boasts four floors and 20 suites, promises investors a bright future for doing business in the city.
Dean Speer, Partner at Myddelton & Major said the project stands as a “really good” symbol for Salisbury going forward.
“It’s probably going to be the best quality space in Salisbury, in terms of specification,” he said.
“The best thing about it is the show of confidence in Salisbury, as a centre and a place to do business, and where they’ve chosen to spend a significant amount of their investment capital in regenerating this space.”
Matthew Dean, Leader of Salisbury City Council, said the property investment and development business Ameriscot Commercial have done a “great” job.
“We are thrilled to have this new office space in our city, and we look forward to Warner House becoming a real business hub where they can work together in a creative and co-operative space to the benefit of all,” he said.
Warner House now provides 40,000 sq ft of quality space, with suites from 479 sq ft, up to a whole floor at about 11,000 sq ft, and could house up to 350 people.
Dean Speer said they are in discussions with several companies looking to move in.
“It’s one of the few places that can accommodate larger single requirements, and we have a couple of people with larger single requirements we’re talking to, and reactions from the September 27 launch day were all positive.
Everybody who came to have a look on the launch day was very complimentary about the refurbishment of the space.”
