Paul Collins, 39, originally from Warminster, was sentenced to two years after admitting sexually assaulting a teenage boy when he was locked in the man’s flat for a few hours.
Collins pleaded guilty at Winchester Crown Court on Friday, January 12, and sentenced on Friday, February 9 On August 30, 2016, Collins invited the 14-year-old to his flat in Warminster after promising him drink and drugs.
The boy was assaulted and Collins refused to let him leave. Collins was arrested the same day and released on conditional bail.
The offender went to Spain but was arrested for failing to appear at a police station during his bail term. He was brought back to the UK at the end of 2017 and pleaded guilty in court on January 12.
