Cheekbone fractured in unprovoked attack

A 20-year-old man was assaulted in an unprovoked attack in Warminster during the early hours of Sunday, April 1. He was taken to the Royal United Hospital in Bath for treatment, and now Police are appealing for witnesses.

The victim, wearing skinny jeans and grey jacket, was walking in Weymouth Street when targeted by three men who assaulted him.

Detective Constable Justine Parsons said: “Enquiries have been ongoing into this incident and we have been obtaining any suitable CCTV footage available to us. We believe witnesses to this attack have not yet made contact with us.”

The first man is described as white with short black hair, face stubble and aged early 20s, wearing trackie bottoms.

The second man is described as white, with blonde hair, stubble and wearing a green parka jacket with the hood up possibly aged in mid 20s.

The third man had short spiky hair at the front, wearing a black puffa jacket.
