New Deputy Chief Constable appointed

Wiltshire Police have appointed a new Deputy Chief Constable from March 5.

Current Assistant Chief Constable Kier Pritchard becomes Temporary Chief Constable and he has appointed Paul Mills, currently an Assistant Chief Constable, as Temporary Deputy Chief Constable. Kier Pritchard said: “Paul is a highly regarded colleague I have worked alongside as a chief officer in our force since 2014.”

Mr Mills said: “I am pleased to be able to support Kier Pritchard as he steps up to undertake his new role.”
