Salisbury Civic Society is holding an open meeting on Tuesday, November 21, in the Alamein Suite, City Hall, Salisbury, starting at 6.30pm for pre-meeting drinks and displays about The Maltings redevelopment.
Admission and drinks are free of charge. Talks start 7.30pm and the meeting closes at 9.15pm.
Salisbury Civic Society’s Annual Open Meetings, held every year since 1997, draw attention to a topic which could bring benefits to city and district.
This year’s meeting will present the emerging plans for the redevelopment of the Maltings and Central Car Park, Salisbury.
For most people this will be the first opportunity to learn about the proposed long-running project, according to the society.
Developers TH Real Estate, managers Rivington Land and the architects Haskoll, will outline the development, and Richard Walters, Head of Major Projects for Wiltshire Council, will also speak.
The presentation is the start of a pre-planning consultation.
