Boy, 13, in court after Amesbury stabbing

A 13-year-old boy charged with wounding with intent and possession of a bladed article after an incident in Amesbury appeared in court.

The boy, who cannot be named, was remanded in a youth detention centre until  November 29 when he will appear again at Salisbury Magistrates Court.

No plea was entered.

The boy was charged after an incident in Jaggard View, Amesbury on  October 31 when a 15-year-old girl suffered a knife wound to her shoulder.
