Leave the car at home and go by bus to see Beauty and the Beast.
Salisbury Reds joined the cast of the Salisbury Playhouse pantomime this week to celebrate its support for this year’s performances. As sponsors of the show, the bus company is offering customers a way to win tickets for the panto – and special tickets.
The bus operator is the official travel partner for the show, and is encouraging theatregoers to use the panto bus services.
“We can’t wait to join in the fun,” said Salisbury Reds’ Joe Quinlan (pictured above together with Alex Makwana and the cast of Beauty and the Beast).
“The Beast really has a challenge on his hands, if he is to woo Amorette – and theatregoers can watch all the action without worrying about parking or how they’re going to get home.”
“The festive season is a great time for partying and enjoying ourselves – and we’re offering people the opportunity to sit back, relax and take in the show. Our drivers are standing by to do all the work.
“All our city centre stops are very close to the Salisbury Playhouse – including Blue Boar Row and New Canal, just two minutes’ walk away. So catching the bus just couldn’t be easier.“
Salisbury Playhouse’s director of communications and sales Tim Croall said: “A trip to the Playhouse pantomime has become an important part of Christmas celebrations for families and groups of all ages, with many performances selling out. We’re delighted to be partnering with Salisbury Reds on Beauty and the Beast.”
Beauty and the Beast runs from Saturday 1 December 2018 to Sunday 13 January 2019.
