Bemerton Poetry Slam

Sarah Hirsch, current UK Slam Poetry Champion, hosts an evening of poetry at Bemerton Heath Community Centre at 7:30pm on Friday, October 27.

Sarah will run a workshop earlier in the day, followed by performances from workshop goers alongside Sarah in the evening.

Salisbury Music Awards

Salisbury arts centre hosts the Salisbury Music Awards 2017 at 8pm on Saturday, October 28 (doors open at 7:15pm).

Bands include The Intercepteurs, Gypsy Jukebox, Big Dog, Acrustic Badger Band, Vatican Romp, and Luice among those in attendance.

Tickets are £7 on the door, or £5 in advance: for members, £6 on the door, £4 in advance.

Live Lunch: Salisbury Music Awards

Before the Salisbury Music awards on Saturday night, a live acoustic sessions has some of the bands up for awards.

This is a free event starting at 12noon and finishing at 2pm. Sit down and have lunch while being entertained by some of Salisbury’s most talented acts.
