‘Make your Mark’ Charity Drawing Competition

‘Make your Mark’ Charity Drawing Competition

To celebrate the art of observation, and as integral part of a New Perspectives painting exhibition, Messums is inviting famous artists, celebrities and the public to complete their own A5 pencil drawing and return it to Messums Wiltshire by November 10 to be put on display and sold in aid of three drawing charities.

With works by famous artists and celebrities, including the Human League’s Adrian Wright and ‘Pete the Street’ (Peter Brown) on sale for £25, this is an opportunity to pick up an artwork and donate to three  projects supporting drawing and draftsmanship: the New English Art Club, The Heatherley School of Fine Art and Drawing Projects UK.

Saturday, November 17, 7 – 7.30pm, ticket only preview of ‘Make your Mark’ (£20).

7.30 – 10pm; general opening of Drawing Competition and after-party with DJ Atsushi Hasegawa in the Barn. Drawing sale starts on Sunday, November 18 at 10am on a first-come, first-served basis.
