July’s Wilton and District Business Chamber networking breakfast at Bird and Carter’s Farm Shop and Café at Chilhampton Farm, South Newton, was well-attended.

This month’s guest speaker Sally Greenaway from The Mustard Agency, told members and guests about digital marketing and the power of social media within marketing.

Sally outlined the use of creative branding, and how ensuring everything is designed as well as possible can lead to optimising business potential. She played a video on the expansion of social media, which highlighted the impact that sites such as Twitter and Facebook have on businesses.

Sally explained how a balance must be found between digital and print advertising to make a company as successful as possible.
