Bourne Hill back in business

Bourne Hill back in business

Wiltshire Council and police services in Salisbury return to Bourne Hill on Monday, October 8.

The building was closed in April for ‘deep cleaning’ as a result of the nerve agent attack in the city.    Salisbury’s Community Policing Team has worked out of the Five Rivers Health and Wellbeing Centre and the Police Enquiry Desk was relocated to Salisbury Library.

From Monday, Wiltshire Council’s front counter services and the police enquiry desk will have normal opening hours and services at Bourne Hill – Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays.

The Bourne Hill offices have been cleaned and refurbished, with new furniture, lighting, air conditioning and open plan working.  Wiltshire Police have better facilities, including dedicated meeting rooms and new interview room, relocated for easier, discrete access separate from  Wiltshire Council.

As well as the Enquiry Desk, Wiltshire Police can be contacted on 101 for non-emergency calls, or 999 in an emergency, or visit www.wiltshire.police.uk
