An investigation was ordered into how 40-year-old Eugeniusz Niedziolko died. He was identified by fingerprints.
He was found at 8am in the Lush House Car Park toilets on February 14.
Six police cars and medics dashed to the scene but he could not be revived.
Yesterday – two months after his death – the mystery was finally solved after a post mortem found the cause of death was acute alcoholic intoxication.
